Layout and deadlines
Space has been allocated for 29 booths in the exhibit hall. Partners will receive first choice on location, and remaining booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (see exhibit hall layout below). Any cancellations received after Monday, October 4, 2021 will only receive a refund if the space is sold. Please contact Debbie Abels at 501-255-3382 or firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or to book your space. Booths include a 10’ x 10’ standard booth with a skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and an exhibitor ID sign. The cost per booth is $835 for Members, and $935 for Non-members (This includes two registrations).

Setup, Teardown & Hours
Exhibitors must complete booth set-up between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm on Thursday, November 4, 2021. Exhibits must be torn down after 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 4, 2021.
The hours of the Market Expo are Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 5:30 - 7:00 PM during the opening night party.
